    Unhappy 2nd village troops

I just settled a second village and built a rally point but I can't control the troops i send from my first village as reinforcement.

For example, i can't send troops from my first village to the second and then raid another player. All i can do is choose to send back the reinforcing troops.

My question: do i have to build barracks and new troops for the 2nd village? why can't i have one big army that i can control in all of my villages?

thanks in advance for any help
